1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount during promotions.
- Expedited and overnight shipping options have additional fees.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info@rushtopic.xyz.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, RushTopic.xyz is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors or local carrier. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international locations at this time.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Address changes or modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placing an order.
- Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.
- Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@rushtopic.xyz within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
9. Returns & Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days.
