1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount during special promotions.
Expedited and overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, RushTopic.xyz is not responsible for:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after a carrier has marked them as delivered.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delivery issues for which we are not responsible.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international locations.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Address changes or modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase to avoid any delivery issues.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@rushtopic.xyz within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos clearly showing the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
